  • Experienced in managing remuneration processes, including market reviews, broadbanding, job evaluation, specialist job family pay structures and incentive schemes.

  • Has worked across multiple sectors, including telecommunications and 10 years in local government, with a background in business analysis, project management and measurement.

  • Holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Management.

  • Has worked in New Zealand, UK, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia.
