Developed through direct input from key cornerstone clients, the CEO and Top Tier Executive Remuneration Survey provides comprehensive information on executive reward packages and a breakdown of the values of packaged and non-packaged elements in a practical and easy to use format. In addition detailed qualitative and quantitative information is presented on all Short-term and Long-term schemes for each role published, including target levels, actual values paid and the 'ratio of target value' paid.
